# GPU RWA Vault

The GPU RWA (Real-World Asset) Vault, managed and custodied by Compute Labs, is designed to revolutionize AI investments through direct GPU acquisition and asset management, offering a seamless and profitable avenue for retail and institutional investors. By professionally managing and operating run-rate GPUs in Internet Data Centers (IDCs) located in APAC, Europe, and NA, Compute Labs achieves an expected return of 30%-70% APY for investors.

#### GPU RWA Vault at Compute Labs involves the following two key steps:

* GPU Operation and Custody \
 Compute Labs acquires GPUs and partners with trusted Nvidia Cloud Providers to deploy them in Tier 3 and Tier 4 data centers. We manage all aspects of operations, from sourcing and purchasing to installation and maintenance. This professional management and custody guarantee that GPUs are verifiable on-chain, working in optimal working condition, and properly insured, maximizing rental income potential and protecting from greater depreciation loss.
* Leasing for Yield\
 Once deployed, GPUs are leased to centralized marketplaces, AI companies, and decentralized compute networks to generate yield. This includes lending compute to trusted operators for AI workloads and participating in emerging AI and DePIN crypto projects for token airdrops. Compute Labs also leverages robust risk management and AI-driven optimization tools to dynamically allocate GPU capacity across yield sources. By continuously monitoring performance and demand across networks, we maximize returns and minimize risk, ensuring that investors' compute assets are always positioned to generate the highest possible yields.

We aim to become the **backbone of AI** and ensure **high utilization and strong, diversified returns**.
